Judge: That's what I'll do. Prohibit federalization or deployment of any NG troops into Oregon. For all reasons in prior opinion. Deployment of federalized military is ultra vires and contrary to law, violating Title 10, section 12406. I also find it's likely that defendants violate 10th Amendment.

June was revised down from 147k to 14k, May was revised down to 19k. So we've created just 106k jobs since April, compared to over 100k in each of the first four months of the year. That's a really big revision!

Hearing rumors of ~300 new NSF grant terminations at UCLA today. Trump admin claiming Title VI violations again a la Harvard These would be the first new mass NSF terminations since late May. No word yet whether NIH grants are being terminated as well.
