First full troop complete! Command tanks next, then I’ve got the next three chieftains to do and that will be all the heavy armour in the force complete. Then on to fiddly bits! This is accurately replicated Camo, but it might get busy for smaller vehicles.

Two years ago, I embarked on an ambitious 3D reconstruction model of Dover Castle, recreating how it might have looked at the time of the Great Siege in 1216. Working with a team of architectural and military historians, the digital model and 3D renders took over five months to develop.

I decided to enter Online Armies on Parade for the first time this year. I was walking home from work and wondered what the maximum number of models I could fit on an entry board is - turns out it's 400. All basic Infantry Squads apart from a Command Squad, headed by Captain Stagler, at the front.
