Amazing addtl detail about Scott Pelley telling off Nick Bilton (via NY post) âYou wouldnât do very well in a â60 Minutesâ interview," Pelley said. "Scott, Iâm not intimidated by you,â a ticked-off Bilton said in response. âEnjoy the bagels,â Bilton added before getting up and leaving the room.

You used to be able to google the time of the sunset, and Google would give you the exact time right on top every single time. Thankfully, with artificial intelligence, you can now ask Google what time the sun will set and it will conveniently tell you "I don't know."

Itâs truly astonishing to see how comprehensively the US government is tearing down every part of the system that has made it up until now a world-leading power in science, research, and technological development. The entire world will suffer from this wanton destruction.

Not only that, but in the US at least, most bits of infrastructure you see was done in the last 80 years. Almost all of it was done in the last 150 years. People built it then for us to inherit. Some of their choices were shit, but they did it with fewer people and less tech than we have now.
