Because I hate myself, I decided to make a smart loadbalancer that takes one input and balances across unknown outputs. It uses overflow to return blocked/unused outputs back into the cycle. Using a 1/4 or 1/2 minimum output requirement to prevent bottlenecks similar to doing prime numbers.

I think I have this about as perfect as I could get it. Fitting 4 merger line buses and 4 splitter line buses in a 3Lx2Dx2H box is very tight. None of the belts are clipping, though clearance is so tight that some tall items might clip?

Oh, nice. Thought I'd try the double ramps using the same curve I'd blueprinted. Works perfectly. Still on grid and I gain 17-19m depending on if the first and last (the on grids) foundations are ramps or not, and because it is a perfect grid, we can just keep going until we hit the ceiling.
