I call it the Mullet Workbench. Business up front, party in the back. It’s not done. And has some Problems. I need to flush it up and install the leg and tail vises, and a cabinet. But after three months of work this feels like a milestone. It’s level and square-enough. And weighs 190lbs. Whew.

Because of this mess (2” drift, look at middle top) in this 106 lbs bench top, I got a track saw because I won’t fix this by hand and stay sane. Never used a track saw. Ripped the 8 boards for the remaining two legs in an hour as a test. Festool makes some nice stuff, as advertised.
