I consider the Supreme Court illegitimate. Whatever decisions come from this court are illegitimate whether they go in the direction of something you think is legitimate.

James Talarico’s victory in the Texas Democratic Senate primary shows the power of a class-focused political message. His campaign emphasized economic populism and working-class unity rather than traditional Democratic Party messaging or identity politics. Hopefully, the system doesn't crush him.

They see trans people as expendable. They would rather ensure that 100 trans people can't transition so long as there is a possibility that 1 person might mistakenly transition. In no other field of medicine is that even remotely ethical to suggest or do.

The question is always "what if a kid is wrongfully transitioned" and never "what if a trans kid is denied the ability to transition and endures years of excruciating dysphoria and has to have multiple surgeries later in life to fix the issues caused by going through the wrong puberty."

The fundamental mistake the radical centrists and popularists make is believing there's a large centrist coalition of voters. Maybe that existed a decade ago but now voters are polarized. They want either leftist or nationalist parties. Liberals are toast in that environment.

Because of the National driver register, since their licenses are suspended, trans folks cannot move to another state and get a new license until they remove the suspension on their existing Kansas license. They can't even escape this by moving to another state.
