Does anyone have any sway at BBC Wales? The sitcom High Hopes is not available on iPlayer and all 6 series and specials have never been released on DVD, denying the writers and actors royalties. The live chat I did on iPlayer's website was pointless; no requests allowed and very rude and dismissive.

Having been listening to various remixes of Two Tribes and being reminded of the dreaded Threads, I'm glad the BBC News headline banner has finally reduced in size to normal. Feel like I can calm down a bit now.

Listening to the song "This Is Radio Clash". What are the first few notes? They're a really familiar tune, used for Hallowe'en or scary spiders in TV shows and movies. I've heard it many times before. Also used on the track "Monsters" by The Sugars.

Another Christmas issue, this time Sbec for S4C in Wales in 1983. Any idea who the ones at the top are or what the programme is?

Urgh, why is finding archive material so hard? At every turn, I get to another dead end. I know what I’m looking for is relatively trivial but I find it sad there’s not one big BBC or ITV archive to freely search online. Everything is so hidden.
