Iām reading a new biography of the Everly Brothers, and have just discovered that after doing six continuous months of national service in 1962, they had to do one month of army training every year until 1970. This was somehow fitted into their usual schedule of touring and recording. Thatās nuts.

If you've got a history book at home, take it out, throw it in the bin, it's worthless. The history books now will have to be rewritten. They'll quite simply say Noel Edmonds's Kiwi Adventure dropped on ITV on 20 June 2025. Everything else will be a footnote.
