What generally happens on Bluesky in mornings is I drink a load of coffee & post a lot & lose a load of followers who were following me by mistake but balance it out by selling a book or two, building a groundswell of support for my work which I trust will begin to show itself statistically by 2087.

One time I was at a bar in Prague and Johnny Cash was sitting next to a couple of huge guys who fell off their stools. He tried to help them but couldn’t, so I reached down with one arm and pulled them both up. Johnny asked “the hell are you doing?” and I said “righting Czechs your ass can’t, Cash”

Good morning! Our gang celebrated the Packers victory over the Bears Sunday by getting their annual hair cuts. They don’t love the process, obviously, but they do enjoy not having to wear a 10-12 pound wool coat in the (increasingly hot) Patagonian summer.
