I just did something that I’ve been putting off doing for almost a year. It took 15 minutes. I will learn nothing from this experience.

A free and democratic society cannot silence comedians because the President doesn’t like what they say. This is an attack on free speech and cannot be allowed to stand. All elected officials need to speak up and push back on this undemocratic act.

When the government moves to punish those who say things that are offensive to the feelings of the government, that is a crystal clear violation of First Amendment protections. Anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is asking you to give up your own First Amendment protections.

This is the top headline on CNN. A good warning sign that your country may be becoming a dictatorship is when your plain-jane straight news networks start saying “Our country is becoming a dictatorship”
