With 55 Hudson (the future home of the Jersey City Trader Joe’s) topped off, its sinking at 55 Hudson is on its way to catching up, filling one of the largest holes in the JC waterfront’s skyline and bringing a stronger residential and commercial presence to the Exchange Place office district.

Frequent and comprehensive public transit enables nonviolent resistance. When they want to defund public transit it’s to keep us isolated and oppressed.
