Some days the biggest threat to my family’s ability to get to school safely on foot or bike is the behavior of some parents who drive. It scares me that these drivers are willing to drive so unsafely at their own kids’ school, where they are likely to know the families they’re threatening. 3/3

Over 7000kms of roads for cars and somehow, according to Alberta's provincial transport minister, bike lanes are a scourge, degrading Calgary's car culture, making people fit, healping people get around in an affordable way, and wtf....why would we want that?
