Last week, ICE arrested and separated a father and son after a routine check-in. Six-year-old Yuanxin had just enrolled in the first grade at an elementary school in Astoria. Now he's in custody, alone. ICE won't say where. This cruelty serves no one. It must end.

Three babies in Kentucky have died of whooping cough. They werenāt vaccinated and neither were their mothers. This is RFK Jrās legacy. A trail of dead kids who never had a chance. They didnāt get to decide about vaccination. Adults chose for them & they paid with their life.

Patient came in with sore throat. While waiting for rapid Strep test result we glanced back at the Covid-19 RAT result: positive. Reminder that masking in health care makes sense, if you donāt want everyone in your waiting room to go home sick, your staff to get sick, and physicians to get sick.
