My last note about 28 Years Later and Bone Temple is that Ralph Fiennes can do anything. What an actor. Handsome and charismatic enough to anchor a movie like Quiz Show, doesn't mind doing a 10 minute cameo in things like Hurt Locker and stealing the show, and is absolutely fearless about his body.

Having said all this, go in expecting horrific violence and some unexpectedly strong feelings. If you are nervous about zombie dong it is probably also not the film for you. So. Much. Zombie. Dong.

A new trilogy in the 28 BLANK Later series should have been a disaster or maybe just a retread of the original ideas but instead the first two movies in the series are beautiful meditations on death and loss and hope and society and they're incredibly moving. How the hell did this team pull it off

I've been doing an Industry rewatch now that the new season has begun and this show rips. It works even better when you watch a few episodes at a time. It is a beautiful show filled with beautiful people but none of it is aspirational. Pure, bleak, television that's also incredibly funny.
