there are a lot of artists i admire, but the ones that actually influenced the way my work LOOKS: bernie fuchs, tadahiro uesugi for composition, im really drawn to unconventional compositions where focal points are shoved to the edges, tangents, anything where in theory it doesnt work but it does :)

Increasingly convinced the main damage cell phones have done to creativity isn't decreased attention spans or what not but the elimination of productive boredom. Inspiration comes from the mind filling the void inside. Hard to make art when you're constantly silencing the silence with "content."

I took an illustration course for a year and hated it so I transferred to animation. I joined late which meant I skipped the traditional training and just helped on student films for 2 years as a background artist. Did a BG art bootcamp for a studio in Ireland and they employed me a few weeks after.
