Great write up @sogrady.org. One the most amazing disruptions due to AI, the IDE. I’ve heard more devs switching their IDE because of AI in the past year than in the past two decades (or more). Even folks that have used vi/emacs for decades are switching to this latest batch of AI alternatives.
