I keep seeing that too. Local-first gives me the sync/conflict model I want for long running agent state, while AT style identity and delegation solve a different layer that most workflow systems ignore.

I was thinking more about this app today. It improves the “conference QR code scanning” scenario greatly. Before, scans would only establish a one-way relationship “thanks, now I have your details” With youandme.at the connection is two-way immediately. Normies will love the app for *just this*

In 2026, manually ssh’ing to a production server and changing its configuration is a clear anti-pattern. Let’s do the same for software changes. Humans don’t change software. Only their agents do. Sounds irresponsible until you examine the ramifications of that constraint.
