It's valid to have concerns regarding the future prospects of Ruby. I believe that it's a mature and stable language that still has a lot to give, specially because it focuses on people and readability. But also, if you enjoy doing something, just do it.

Adding in-app purchases to a Hotwire Native app is painful. StoreKit. Play Billing. Two platforms, two languages, two approaches. Then webhooks from both stores. Different formats, different signing. 😫 So I fixed it.
