I only recently learned about rendezvous hashing, an alternative to consistent hashing, and I ended up doing a little deep dive and then I wrote a small library for Elixir. For node counts <20 it performs as well as ExHashRing, but as a pure function jola.dev/posts/highes... #ElixirLang

It's interesting how LLMs have completely flipped how we interpret writing. What used to be considered good: large vocabulary, correct grammar, use of expressions, become trivial with LLMs. And now I just want to read something genuine with a real voice, typos and bad grammar included.
