Do other authors get these?? Over the past 2-3 years I’ve been approached by bogus “bookstores,” “literary festivals,” “podcasts” and now “the top editor of WW Norton.” It’s really tiresome, and the efforts (though not hard to detect) are varied and persistent. Not sure what the exact scam is tho

The weird author phishing emails keep coming. This one purports to be from a leading editor. It’s amusing to think of the EE of WW Norton signing his emails, “Keep being awesome”
