I always base my vote based on GOP ratfucking in promoting a candidate they think they will have an easier time beating, because they have had a 100% success rate in special elections thus far. I have asked my precinct to switch my early vote because I need to vote for who they DON'T want, QED.

This is a practice and policy that came from local policing -- police and prosecutors can lie to people (witnesses, suspects, etc) and they can pretend to be anyone they want. They can recruit informants who are coerced into cooperating.
