You have far less control over the type of person your kid becomes than you think. It's not nearly as much about you as you imagine. Create the best environment you can, be as supportive and kind and nurturing as you can. Most of it is out of your hands.

I see this guy’s articles go by sometimes and I think he may be a genius. I’ve never seen anyone narrower of focus or more devoted to the mundane. The criterion for selecting topics seems to be “would it bore you even if a loved one you hadn’t seen for years talking about it?”
