Yes to burning it down! The hard work of building new is very fulfilling and nice also. It won't always work but it's good. Write for independent media, or subscribe to it. Build community on a good social network. Actually make a good website

Every time I post about speed cameras, I get replies from people who are aggressively opposed to them for "privacy" reasons. We live in a panopticon, we carry surveillance devices in our pockets. And you're drawing the line at cameras that clock you driving your tank too fast through school zones?

Who’s going to tell these councillors that the moment they step out of their cars, they’re pedestrians too? By their own logic, they’d need to be in hi-vis at all times. Rather than tackling dangerous driving or poor road design, the responsibility gets dumped on the most vulnerable people instead.
