It's a sci-fi show (that somehow feels like a space opera while taking place 99% in Tokyo) that kinda sorta does mysteries for 10 minutes, mostly consisting of the lead actor clambering on a abandoned buildings, and then 10 minutes of increasingly surreal and disjointed fight scenes
