Used to really like notion for organizing my personal stuff, projects, documents, etc. Now I find it cumbersome and overcomplicated even for basic things like task tracking. Spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to edit the default template and quick look at the docs with no easy answer.

I am solidly in the written communication camp with judicious use of meetings because writing helps me think more clearly. That said it can be difficult to convince others to write and thoroughly read and review technical documents, no different from giving a talk in front of a group I think.
