Today we left the rainforest in West Papua, where we spent two muddy but exhilarating days in the company of an absurd variety of flora and fauna.

Today I saw two individuals of a long-lifespan, critically endangered species, I think both larger than were thought to still exist. Completely unexpected, memory of a lifetime level, incredible sighting. And it would be completely immoral to say any more.
