while there is a place for full lexicon adoption across apps, ingesting records of related lexicons and translating them to app specific lexicons will cover a lot of interop use-cases. I.e. "community.lexicon.bookmarks.bookmark" -> "network.cosmik.card" Which still enables "PDS as universal API"
