For every Atmosphere project or initiative, I offer copywriting services. Comms are hard, especially for our movement which is quite technical in nature sometimes. As a designer, my trade is communication. The right words inspire people and share the hope we all have for the internet.

about his epic semble tinkering! thx to
@joelchan86.bsky.social
for surfacing it on Semble :) tiny suggestion: Semble isn't the "substrate for the last knowledge graph", atproto is.

I don't think atproto devs should feel any pressure to do standardization work. Build things you love, that other ppl love. That's what matters. If it's on atproto, it's already a huge win. The protocol stuff will work itself out over time with enough demand/adoption (IMO π).

Being in the atproto community, I sometimes forget how enshittified some social apps have become. In the open social web, people will pay for valuable services, *not* to export their data.

It's crazy how much wisdom and knowledge can be packed into a book. It's almost crazier to think we can "absorb" it all by quickly reading one, esp considering how long they take to write + the lifetime of learning required to write one. Flashcards help!

There is something paradoxical about social networks and the attention economy. Attention addicted sociopaths like Andreeseen obviously gain from the public outrage that follows after their idiotic comments about introspection. They get exactly what they want: attention.
