I’m choked up seeing this—it’s shameful. Iranian refugees got snatched by “immigration agents” dressed like bounty hunters in West LA’s Sawtelle neighborhood. We’re really about to send them back to a country we just bombed? A regime known for jailing, torturing, and killing its own people?

The whole point of these tariffs, on their (totally absurd) own terms was that they were cast in iron and immovable. So whatever the short term pain other countries wld be forced to accept that fact and deal on that basis. Trump managed one week before caving.

Details about a flight of immigrants that landed many days ago? Too secret to reveal. Details about an imminent military strike? Not classified, not a breach of national security and not a big deal. Secrets under Trump depend on who asks and who tells.

BIG rebuke of Trump administration by the DC Circuit on Alien Enemies Act. Upholds Judge Boasberg's order. Conservative jurist, Judge Henderson's concurring opinion cuts through the noise. "[A]n invasion is a military affair, not one of migration." Great analysis of what USG wanted to do here.⬇️
