I can already tell that doing kettlebell circuits is going to be a gamechanger from free weights, and I'm glad I got two different weights of them. It's so much better for strengthing your core, joints, upper shoulders, everything, and I can really feel it in a more empowering way.

Bummer to discover I haven't lost any weight, despite recent exercise. It may be I'm replacing some with muscle mass, or it just takes more time. I don't think I'm really that heavy for my height, just badly out of shape, and have a lens of being 25lbs lighter in the past... which was underweight :|
