My uncle has Lewy Body dementia and is in a care facility.
He loves when my aunt visits him, but doesn't know who she is. After she leaves, he asks the staff when his wife will come to see him.
His concept of her is from the 1970s or 80s, when they were young. He can't recognize his elderly wife.
