So a big question here is going to be how to value my own time. For every other country, the 1-2mins that postage and packing takes per sale is kinda negligible, but if it takes me 5+mins instead then what should I charge for that? Obviously not much but that time could really add up...

Just sent out my test package to maybe reopen pin sales to the US. What I've learnt: - It's going to take me longer to fulfill orders - I'm going to need to charge more for tariffs + time - Too many US orders could overwhelm my finances if I can't afford postage before etsy pays out

Feeling pretty down about the whole Etsy pin business. This time a month ago, I had built something that seemed to be on a really positive trajectory with something to post out almost every day. This month I'm at about 20% of where I was and haven't sold anything at all this week 🙁

Huh... I think that's the first time I've been harassed by someone so explicitly incorrectly guessing what genitals I have (the mime was quite clear). It's been a big week for harassment from strangers in genral though 🙃

Genuinely, the pin response that has surprised me most was these pride frogs. I expected them to break even within about a week (look how cute they are!) but I'm still almost £500 down.

It sucks that this is still in my head the following day. Considering how empty my brain is of most memories, why does it have to latch on to and replay the cruel bits, wondering if I should have reacted differently

Someone just bought one of my trans fern pins! 🎊 It's always exciting to move just a little bit closer to breaking even on this design. The 3D molding was so worth it and I'm so proud of how they came out, even if I am still over £1000 down in making them 😅

Did I mention I made some that glow in the dark?! 🤩
