These two papers in Lancet Psychiatry about placebo/nocebo in practice and in trials are very worth reading. Be mindful about expectation in your patients/yourself, and critical even with RCTs. I hope reporting on placebo conditions, treatment expectations and blinding success improves steadily!!

Very gratified to see the European Academy of Neurology has endorsed the AAN guidelines for management of functional seizures. Hope this means an improved approach and standard of care for people w/ this condition in Europe - and of course much much more research needed
