Bluesky’s head of trust & safety responding with a sarcastic image macro to a woman upset her husband was kidnapped by ICE is embarrassingly unprofessional & cruel behavior. that account was then banned by Bluesky Trust & Safety. horrendously poor community management. what purpose does this serve?

I don't care if a non-disabled person accesses a disability accommodation for the same reason I don't care if a child whose parents are rich gets free lunch at school. We don't need to means test being a kind person. I have better things to do with my time than be a cop over social services.

I will say one group of people that is surprisingly heavily represented on Bluesky that I’ve never really gotten into an argument with is Episcopalians. Half of them seem very nice and the other half finished 3rd on Jeopardy but are happy they were on the show.
