Just found out that Quackshot, Castle of Illusion and World of Illusion where all designed by a woman, Emiko Yamamoto. And she is still in the industry! Since the 2000's she's been a producer at Disney! Her credits include all of the Kingdom Hearts games and a lot of Disney stuff. Good for her!

I just remembered. I had a dream about a Metroid game on the SNES that had Star Fox sections to get to different planets. It also had fighting sections that used a prototype engine for N64 Smash Bros, and you could cheat Fox and Donkey Kong in. Now I'm kinda mad that game doesn't exist.
