If you want to get involved with @smokesignal.events there’s lots of work to do - design design design and lots of UX - run a local instance - include the Lexicon into your bsky client - extend and integrate - eg tie it into Ghost email sending or make a Wordpress plugin And organizer usage!

ATProtocol gives us strong identities, authenticated XRPC, and typed interfaces. But what about ephemeral event data that's protocol-adjacent? I've been exploring XRPC webhooks — a new way to handle real-time events while leveraging ATP's strengths. 🧵
