Dealing with upserting local records for Accounts and Profiles is a little bit messy. Between Tap and OAuth, if you want to store something that has the did, handle, and account status, as well as a profile record, you've gotta do a lot of weird faffing about.

With @atproto/lex is there a way to upsert a record? Seems create will only create if not exists, put will always overwrite the record. I've ended up hand-rolling an upsert using a get/catch & put, but it feels a bit messy.
