MAD SCIENCE HAPPY HOUR: BANANASCOTCH EDITION
I've been experimenting with banana liqueur and I finally came up with a winner. Blended scotch, good banana liqueur, Peychaud's bitters, and a spritz of absinthe in the glass. It's like a smokey, bananafied Sazerac. Just a touch too sweet, so 8/10
