yes i really am not dysphoric at all but having one of my books say he/him on it makes me want to melt into the earth and disappear. you can write that on my coffee cup or say it in a meeting all day and night but please dont stamp it on my soul that is all i ask

i am going to clarify my post on gender because it is important to make some distinction. keep in mind this is just MY preference and other buckaroos can trot their trot. the simple explanation is i casually prefer buds to assume my gender, but on technical forms to ask AND GIVE OPTION TO OPT OUT

this is interesting. i strongly prefer for someone to assume my pronouns. i also think there is assumption that pronouns and gender are same thing when one is what you prefer to be called and one is what you actually are. in other words it is okay to want to be called the technically ‘wrong’ thing
