I really agree with this take on Supergirl. I kinda wish they'd removed all the needle drops in favor of a orchestral score, because the music they went with felt so jarring compared to the tone of the rest of the film.

Supergirl is pretty solid. Lots of little character moments work and it’s good take on Woman of Timorrow Problem is that it tries to be two movies at times and they don’t always work well together. One of these movies is good. The other dilutes the movie’s better attributes
