I think it's very funny Toby Fox has tricked his audience of 12-25 year old fandom posters who only play visual novels and Roblox into effectively playing a bunch of SNES genre games they have absolutely no experience with and then watching them buckle as they learn how basic gaming mechanics work.

today we have been camping and we celebrated my kids' birthday, i cooked lunch for a dozen people, went to the beach, had a dysphoria spiral, ran into a friend from high school, and then helped my children win a war against fire. pretty good overall, at least it ended on a high note ☺️
