I think I’m going to take a social media break. Everything is fine, bluesky isn’t making my mental state more negative or anything, I just want to make my brain do something that’s not flipping between bluesky, instagram, and gmail every 6 minutes without even thinking.

I just moved on Dec 1 and every single thing about my situation is a million times better than it’s been in 3 years but i haven’t been able to find a routine yet and it’s made me feel awful. It feels even worse because I’ve been telling myself for 3 years “everything will be great when you move”
