Masks really do work, so long as you wear them. You need an N95 / P2 / K94 - something of that ilk, not a surgical mask (though anything beats nothing). Flo masks are awesome, but pricier. Been wearing one since early 2021: no Covid, no colds, no more hacking cough from cold air in winter.
