Minneapolis is serious about ICE. My hotel, presumably used by ICE, had its fire alarm pulled at 4:45AM. My rental w/ out of state plates was constantly followed. Two locals approached to determine if I was ICE after my plates were flagged. Constant countersurveillance by locals who want ICE out.

New from 404 Media: police have unwittingly unmasked millions of their surveillance targets because of a Flock redaction error. Police didn't redact specific license plates in public record releases. A site is now making that information searchable, 2.3 million plates
