Days 3 and 5! Probably would’ve been done at 3 if they were spears or chips instead of whole cucumbers. Called them done after 5 days and they went into the fridge yesterday. Already finished the few left lololol. Overall successful batch and I learned some good adjustments for next time I do cukes
