Jamie Blanks directed with an incredible sense of acumen for the genre. As such, URBAN LEGEND remains one of my fave entries from the 90s slasher cycle. The complete, unhinged delight of the killer reveal and the wild abandon of her subsequent monologue is an absolute all-timer.
