My next door neighbor & I each cook dinner for the other once a week & deliver the meal to each other’s house. It means we each have to make a decent, healthy-ish, balanced meal once a week, and we each have one night when we know we’re getting a good meal with no work or planning. It’s amazing.

Reading the NYT article really does make it seem like Platner dropping now—not just bc of the rape allegations, but bc of the campaign dysfunction/grift—was probably actually the sweet spot for it vs just before the primary. Now at least they can replace him with someone competent and not a mess.
