Last Friday, I went w/ my best friend to an ICE detention facility to say goodbye to her husband. After 11 months detained, he was deported to a country he hadn’t lived in for 20 years. A 4-year-old said goodbye to his father. One of many families living this nightmare. Cruelty disguised as policy.
