The UK Supreme Court can rule whatever it likes about whether trans women are legally women or not. The law will eventually change and equality will prevail. Fuck this government and its alignment with such hate.

Every actor who has been cast in the new Harry Potter series is indirectly funding cases such as those that just passed through the high court. I don't care how much you love those actors, they're willing to sacrifice trans people for their careers and that makes them scum.

The law determines what is legal. It does not determine what is true; what is just; what is morally and ethically sound and defensible. The history of law is the history of the legal system being wrong on these grounds. Trans women are women.

Important to remember: it's correct to blame the government for this ruling as long as it stands because they have the power and the giant majority through which they can change the law. The fact they won't tells us all we need to know.
