llms.txt can’t tell an AI that Feature X was deprecated, or your pricing changed last month. It’s a flat list with no graph. When an AI gets those facts wrong in a vendor comparison, your brand absorbs the reputational cost. There’s a better way.

Fully aligned with this. AI search isn’t stalling because of tactics or tooling. It’s because orgs haven’t fixed alignment around ownership, KPIs, and decision flow. And adding more AI agents feels like running in the wrong direction.

If you're waiting for ChatGPT ads to solve your demand gen problem, I have bad news. Your actual buyers, the ones who can afford your product, will be on paid plans with no ads. When ads arrive, you'll still need organic visibility inside AI answers. Ads won't save you later.

Last week in AI search: GPT-5 leans on external sources, Perplexity (<1% share) crawls forbidden sites, AI Overviews UK hit 10% then 6%. If 70–80% of AI visibility is still SEO basics + a few AI tweaks, not sure how all this is practical for someone driving b2b growth, though.
